2021 Foggo GSM (Garnacha Syrah Mourvedre)

We handpick grapes from Foggo’s 100-year-old heritage Grenache vines, gently de-stem and press the fruit, and then transfer the precious juice to ferment in American Oak barrels for 12 months. Our winemaker then marries the Grenache with our bold Shiraz and spicy Mourvedre wine to create this beautiful GSM.
