2021 ‘Euphoria’ Foggo Chardonnay

We pick sun-kissed Chardonnay grapes growing along the western side of the Foggo vineyard, and promptly crush, de-stem and press the fruit. We wait for it to settle and then place the golden nectar in chilled fermenters (with a handful of oak staves) to develop its distinctive fresh, citrusy flavours.
